DROP OFF AND PICK UP TIMES ARE BETWEEN 8-10AM AND 1-3PM.
Any dog picked up after 3pm is by appointment only and will incur another night charge. Food and vaccines need to be brought with you when you drop off. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS.
All payments are paid when you pick up and are to be paid by check or cash. Checks can be made out to Scarlett Bowman or The Dog House.
Due to the small size of our facility, if you cancel in the 14 days leading up to your reservation, the FULL PRICE of your reservation will be billed to your account.
Any cancellations made one day before the reservation will incur a fee equal to the entire reservation.
Please remember to bring food that will last the duration of your entire reservation, and vaccine records.
OPTIONAL: You are more than welcome to bring your own blankets or dog beds (not required as we do have them here). You can bring toys or whatever you like.
Please make sure all items are labeled so we know which items belong to your pet.
